Easy 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your product.
• Contact Us: You must contact our support team via email within 7 days of delivery to report any issues. Please include a photo of the product highlighting your concern.
• Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.

Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

1. The product is in its original, unused condition.
2. Tags and packaging are intact.
3. The complaint is valid and confirmed to be our responsibility.

Note: Customized products or special orders are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size, we will exchange your item free of charge. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs based on the size and weight of the item.
• Exchanges are not applicable for multiple comparable items ordered in different sizes.

Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping and the initial shipping cost paid by us. Although we offer free shipping, it is not free to us.
• If customs duties apply in your country, the buyer is liable to pay all charges.

Important Notes

• Returns or exchanges initiated after 7 days of receiving the product will not be entertained.
• Products altered by the customer, with tags removed, or in a used condition will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
• Restocking fees may apply based on product size, type, and weight.

Return Process

1. Email our customer support team with your concern and product images.
2. Once approved, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
3. Ship the product to our warehouse with the RMA number clearly visible on the package.
4. Share the tracking number with us via email.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, the refund will be processed promptly.
