Cancellation Within 24 Hours

You can cancel your order by emailing us within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.
No deductions will apply if the cancellation request is made within this timeframe.

Cancellation After 24 Hours

If you request cancellation between 24 and 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email, a 35% cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount you paid.

Cancellation After 48 Hours

For cancellations requested after 48 hours but within five days, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

After Five Days or Shipped Orders

Cancellations are not accepted after five days of order confirmation or once the order has been shipped.

However, you may utilize our 30-Day Easy Return Policy to return the product and receive a refund. Please note, the shipping cost to return the item will be borne by the customer.
